New Phone Number and Support Updates!
Thank you all for your continued support of Host World Wide!
It is with great pleasure that we announce a slight change to our “phone-in” helpdesk. We have (as some of you may be aware) been having some issues with our phone system of late and it has been high on our priority list to resolve. It has been so high on our priority list that we have actually changed our phone service provider entirely!
The change to a new provider means a few small changes:
1. We have a new free phone number! Please call us on: 888-852-3888
2. The hours for our phone support is 6am to 5pm PST on weekdays.
Our live help support (available through our website) is available until at least 10pm PST on weekdays.
As always email support is available anytime as well as support via our ticket sytem @ http://customers.hostww.net/
